Global Solutions for Water Security is the closing event of an international Summer
School by the same name. The event is organized by Hannover Re Foundation and Falling
Walls Foundation and certified by the Zentrale Einrichtung für Weiterbildung. It offers a
unique opportunity to explore groundbreaking ideas and visionary projects which are
revolutionizing the field of water management.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Join us as we bring together 40 talented early-career innovators and Science
Engagement professionals from all around the world. The week prior, they have been
exploring innovative strategies to address the challenges of water security in urban
planning, agriculture, and industry.
During the evening event, the diversely skilled participants will take the stage to present
their pioneering solutions in a series of pitches. From harnessing renewable water
resources to implementing sustainable agricultural practices, their ideas have the
potential to change and prompt a reevaluation of our approach to managing global water
sources.
